About Chris's Confections...

Chris's Confections is a Dane County licensed Home Bake Shop, owned by Chris Olson and located in McFarland, WI.

She has received training from numerous well known decorators and continues to educate herself on the latest techniques.

Chris has been a member of the International Cake Exploration Societe, "ICES" for 14 years. She was WI State Representative for 2 years and was elected to the ICES Board of Directors and served a 3 year term from 2003 to 2006.

She attends the ICES annual convention and stays up to date on the latest Sugar Art techniques.

Chris's Confections has a reputation for very moist and flavorful cakes. Her meticulous attention to detail guarantees a beautifully decorated wedding cake to fit the most elegant of occasions.
